The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue orders under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0013 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), St. Augustine, Florida. These orders will be for Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) with associated modification and repair of components and systems, and support equipment; installation of the F-14 Upgrade modification; and installation of Time Compliance Requirements (TCR) for up to fifteen (15) F-14 Aircraft. This effort will include engineering, labor, materials, and related technical data to assist with critical structural, mechanical and electrical efforts. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 Aircraft, NGC is the only known commercial source who possesses the required expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort.
