Frame, Contracting Officer (202) 426-0094 The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a sole source (FAR 6.302-1) purchase order to Pacific Economic Cooperation Council, 1112 16th Street, N.W., Suite 520, Washington, D.C. 20036, to draft, print and distribute a report that discusses and summarizes issues and best practices relating to accelerating investment in natural gas supplies, infrastructure and trading networks in the APEC region and that is formatted in a manner to facilitate discussion by APEC representatives at a workshop. The contractor will organize and facilitate the substantive, non-logistical aspects of the workshop on the issue and assist the APEC Energy Working Group in preparing resulting policy and best practice recommendations to APEC Energy Ministers. Period of Performance is 14 months. (1) All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis and all responses will be considered by this agency.
