B -- TECHNICAL, ACADEMIC, AND ANALYTICAL WARGAMING SUPPORT SOL DABT60-97-R-0018 DUE 120397 POC Clara Patterson, (757) 878-1352/53 TRADOC Contracting Activity intends to solicit and award a Fixed-Price Requirements Type contract for technical, academic, and analytical wargaming support services for the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA. to include support in the following areas: exercise support, exercise type, exercise design, analysis, conference support, software support, and visual information support. The Center for Strategic Leadership (CSL) serves as an educational center and high technology laboratory for examining the decision making process at the interagency strategic and operational level; and the stratedic use of land power in joint and combined operations. Both are examined and studied by CSL and its customers through the use of exercises, symposiums, conferences, studies and analysis. Subject solicitation will be issued o/a 03 November 1997, and closing thirty (30) days thereafter.
