PA&E is seeking interested vendors capable of maintaining extensive databases on forces, weapons, targets, opposing forces, and weapons effectiveness. To perform these services, interested vendors must be knowledgeable in the following areas: Space-based and airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems; Strategic, theater, and tactical conventional and nuclear forces, to include conventional strike forces, strategic nuclear deterrent forces, and theater nuclear forces; Arms control and counter-proliferation programs; Science and Technology programs; and all other related strategic & tactical expertise.
