Software will be for operating systems, network operating systems, calendar, communication, database, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, project management and solution suites. The contractor will provide maintenance support consisting of operating systems and application software upgrades and technical support such as systems development and integration, hardware and software and telecommunications installation, database services, systems engineering technical assistance, network management engineering, systems security,configuration management, and training.
