Structure must meet all applicagle building codes for Astoria, Oregon; 2. Heat to be included will be forced air natural gas; 3. Layout to be most economical design possible to provide at a minimum: a. 8 offices with windows, with at least 120 sf ea; b. 1 office with windows,with at least 140 sf; c. 1 office with windows, with at least 180 sf; d. 1 office with windows, with at least 200 sf; e. 1 meeting room with at least 200 sf; 1 restroom, with fixtures. 4. TPJCC will furnish foundation to the specifications provided by vendor. 5. All finish products to be approved by TPJCC. Please submit layouts and approximate price per square foot.
