Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5248 with COMSAT/RSI, Electromechanical Systems, 6200 118th Avenue North, Largo, Florida 34643. Orders will be issued for engineering services to support installation, checkout, and testing of changes to the AN/BPS-15 Radar and ancillary equipment. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). COMSAT/RSI is the sole producer of the AN/BPS-15 Radar, and possess the unique experience and knowledge to perform work that is required by the Government. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0262)
