Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to lead a recruit choir of over 100 plus members in traditional and contemporary Christian and patriotic music. The organist must be well versed in both Protestant and Catholic worship styles and must feel comfortable playing in both worship services. This individual must have a wide musical range, from youth oriented chorus music to liturgical music. The position requires individual to lead choir practice each Saturday evening from 1900 through 2030, and playing the organ for Protestant and Catholic worship at 0815 and 1000 each Sunday morning. The position requires individual to perform choir/organist services at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, New Jersey. The estimated cost range is less than $25,000.00. Solicitation packages are expected to be available on or about 10/06/97. All requests must be made in writing stating solicitation number DTCG42-98-Q-QNR001. Telephone or fax requests will not beaccepted. Quotations must be received not later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 11/05/97. Period of performance is from date of award through 09/30/98 with an additional four (4) 12-month option periods. Award will be made to the offeror determined to be most advantageous to the Government, cost and other factors considered. Offeror will be required to interview and perform for an evaluation panel.
