Wright, Purchasing Agent, (404) 842-6771 The vendor, or vendor representative, shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, travel, transportation and other incidentals necessary to attend and record, via lap top, notes of approximately twenty-four, one day weekly meeting sessions. Meeting sessions will convene on Mondays excluding federal holidays. Vendor shall report to designated location within metro Atlanta and be in attendance from 8:00a.m. thru 6:00 p.m. each meeting session. Vendor shall record notes and within two days after meeting electronically mail summary of notes to fifteen meeting attendees. The period of performance shall commence from the date of receipt of Purchase Order for approximately 24 weeks thereafter. Vendor will receive itinerary of scheduled meeting session dates. Offerors are advised that this Request for Quotation(RFQ) is issued Set-Aside for Small Business, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SIC Code 8741, 5M gross annual receipts is applicable to this Small Business Set-Aside.
