The size of the Border Station is approximately 6,000 S.F. and is located in a fairly remote area of Alaska, northwest of Juneau. This contract is for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The anticipated start date is January 1, 1998. The Government does not intend to use Part 12, Commercial Services, for this acquisition being published. This acquisition is set aside for small business.
