Project includes construction of 98 MFH units, all necessary site improvements, and the demolition of 97 housing units. Proposals will be solicited on a firm-fixed price, lump sum basis. Source Selection procedures will be used and award may be made to the offeror whose proposal is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation, specifications, or drawings WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN A PRINTED PAPER FORMAT; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All proposals and other normal documents required for the proposal submittal, including amendments to the proposal submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for the proposal submittal documents will not be allowed.
