Z -- ORDER WORK FOR DEMOLITION MISCELLANEOUS BUILDINGS, NCTAMS EASTPAC, RTF, LUALUALEI, HAWAII, UNDER MASTER AGREEMENT FOR DEMOLITION OF VARIOUS FACILITIES, VARIOUS AREAS, HAWAII SOL N62742-97-R-1903A POC Ms. Ann Saki-Eli, Contract Specialist, Telephone No. (808) 474-5356, Facsimile No. (808) 474-7316 The Government intends to award an order against the Master Agreement for Demolition Projects, Various Areas, Hawaii for the demolition and removal of five buildings/structures (Building Nos. 5, 31, 429, 430 and 461) and three athletic facililties (Tennis/Basketball Court S61, Basefield Field S62, and Baseball Dugout Buildings S78) and general site demolition, such as posts, barbeque pit, trees, telephone poles/railroad ties, grading and seeding. Project also includes removal of asbestos containing materials, and items containing lead paint and PCB-containing light ballasts. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, disposal services, supervision, administration and management required to complete work. Project location: Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Eastern Pacific, Lualualei, Hawaii. Award will be made on or about 10/20/97. Project duration: 180 days. Contractors who currently hold, or qualified for and are willing to enter into a Master Agreement for Demolition Projects prior to award of this order, may submit a proposal for the order work. Firms who do not possess a Master Agreement are ineligible for award of this order unless adequate time exists to permit the Government to perform an assessment of the Contractor's qualification's without impacting the required award date. THE SIC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 1795 AND THE ANNUAL SIZE STANDARD IS $7.0 MILLION. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. In accrdance with FAR 52.219-9, ALT I, A Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting Plan is required by large business concerns and shall be submitted with proposal. (0262)
