This project consists of removing existing laboratory supply and exhause air flow control system, variable frequency control units, compressed air system and testing and balancing system. Remove and reinstall existing suspended ceiling systems are required to perform the contract work. This project has been set aside for firms under the 8A program. Competition for this procurement is limited to 8A firms which have the SIC code 1711 among their approved SIC codes. The size standard for this SIC code is $7 million. This procurement is restricted to 8A firms listed with the Utah District Office of the Small Business Administration. Estimated cost is between $1 million and $5 million. Plans and specification for this project must be ordered and the check received by the CUT OFF DATE, 8 September 1997, to ensure receipt of bid sets at a cost of $24.00 for specifications (text only); and $10.00 for half-size drawings. Full-size drawings are not available. Orders received beyond the CUT OFF DATE, 8 September 1997, will not be honored. Plans and specifications will be mailed out on or about 10 September 1997. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
