This is an indefinite type contract to be awarded for a period of one year with a guaranteed minimum of 5%, commencing 15 days after award. The government has the option to extend the contract for an additional one to twelve months not to exceed 36 months (one base year and two option years). Estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The proposed contract is unrestricted, the size standard for which a concern, including it affiliates, having sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $7,000,000.
