This procurement is a competitive 8(a) requirement and is restricted to Region IV, SBA Atlanta. The work shall include Roof Repairs, Various Locations, as identified on individual delivery orders, and incidental related work. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other services required to perform the work as directed. Quantities of work shall be assigned by the Contracting Officer on a delivery order basis. The Government makes no commitment nor promise as to the exact number of facitities that may require work or quantities of work. The right to vary number of units or quantities indicated by the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity Work is reserved by the Govenment. The quantities indciated in the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity Work are for bidding purposes to ensure fair and equitable prices for items awarded under this contract. The primary work locations will be on Government facilities in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. The exact location will be indicated by Contracting Officer on each delivery order. The contract will be for one year and one option period for a total of 24 months. The minimum guarantee for work ordered under this contract is $50,000.00.
