The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) is seeking sources interested in manufacturing two (2) types of lithographic finished rolled paper: Offset Map, JCP E30 and 50% Chart E50 for use in printing maps and charts. DSCR is developing a Commercial Item Description (CID) and will issue a long term solicitation in the near future. The resulting contract(s) will be in accordance with DLA/DSCR's Paperless Ordering Placement System (POPS) and successful offeror(s) will be required to have a compatible computer system capable of accepting and processing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions.
