The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations including but not limited to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Defense and United State Air Force regulations (example: directives, manuals, and instructions). Period of performance is 1 Dec 97 through 30 Sep 98 with four (4) option periods. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated.
