Defense Contract Management Command, St. Louis intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace to incorporate the efforts identified on multiple TMDCs. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 as the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the aircraft, is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise needed to complete this action.
