clearing & grubbing, excavation with controlled compaction, removal &
disposal of several existing culverts, installation of corrugated metal
pipes, machine-placed riprap, crushed aggregate base course,
reconditioning of the roadway, and seeding & mulching. Plans and
specifications will be available on or about October 10, 1997.
Estimated start work date is June 1, 1998. Contract completion time is
approximately 118 days. The Government's estimated price range is
between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment security will be required on this
