Levy & Associates, Incorporated on a sole-source basis for the annual maintenance of its proprietary software, the Disability Determination Software System, utilized by the Federal Disability Determination Service (DDS), as well as for 150 programming hours on this software. Respondents should refer to "DDSMTC-JCE." All responses must be received by close of business day September 30, 1997. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. If no affirmative written responses, to the effect that a comparable source exists, are received by the above stated due date, an order will be negotiated with I. Levy & Associatesfor the requirements stated above. The Government does not intend to pay for information provided. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. Acknowledgement of receipt will not be issued, nor will respondents be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. (0267)
