The objective of this contract is to acquire the field support required to continue and augment Volpe Center's ability to provide an enduring highly responsive human factors and engineering capability. The contractor is required to supply a dedicated uniquely equipped Aztec F with extensive custom, power, data gathering, display, and computing equipment as well as the services of a CFII, MI and/or ATP. The contractor is also required to supply engineering support for the existing installed equipment as well as engineering services to design and install equipment to meet new research objectives. The Volpe Center anticipates negotiation with Bedford Associates, Inc., Bedford, MA since it combines skills in human factors and engineering studies and provides the unique equipment.
