The requirement includes seven specific programming and analysis tasks to modify and to add capabilities to the agency's Financial Management Information System. The system is written in COBOL and resides on a Wang VS8460 minicomputer at the National Endowment for the Arts. Up to two computer workstations connected to the Wang VS8460 will be provided for the contractor. The resultant contract will be a purchase order, awarded under the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 of the FAR. Release date for RFQ 98-01 is approximately October 17, 1997.
