SOURCES SOUGHT: The purpose of this Sources Sought is to develop a bidders mailing list (BML) for receipt of a DRAFT Request For Proposal(DRFP). Industry will have an opportunity to review and comment on the DRFP. The anticipated release date for the DRFP RFP is October 22, 1997. This requirement is by the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS), Office and Scientific Equipment Center, in collaboration with the national Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to add geospatial information production services to Federal Supply Schedule 66, Part II, Section Q, Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. The requirement will include the following four Task Areas: (1) Surveying production Services; (2) Mapping and Charting Production Services; (3) Photogrammetric Production Services and (4) Consolidated Services to cover Task (1), (2) and (3). Services may be required from agencies throughout the Federal Government in support of their agency mission and function.
