The DLA Adminsistrative Support Center (DASC) has a need to obtain operation, service, repair and minor construction/alteration services for the buildings and structures and related systems and equipment. The following systems shall be maintained: electrical distribution system, fire detection system & security and sound system. Location is the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Headquarters Complex (HQC), 8725 John J. Kingman Rd., building 2462, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6220. The period of performance shall not exceed sixty (60) months. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price.
