The program will focus on the changing landscape of the lower Mississippi River delta region, highlighting the formation and evolution of the river and delta systems and the impact that the river has and continues to have on local culture. The program shall be shot using a 16mm professional camera or a high- quality Betacam system. On-line editing shall be performed on a professional quality Betacam SP system. The final product shall be a Digital Betacam or D2 tape.
