This is a sole source requirement to Inovative Solutions, Inc, 1320 National Drive, Sacramento, CA 95834. This requirement is for Network Technical Support Tickets (one hour block), 500 ea in order to provide engineer level support for the software components of the Novell network LAN based on PC LAN client/server system. An Ombudsman has been appointed for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channel to communicated his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions and voice concerns before resorting to use the Ombaudsman.
