Contractors responding to this solicitation must comply with FAR Clause 52.219-14(b)(1) -- Limitation on Subcontracting -- Services (except construction) which states: "At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern." Line Item #3 is changed as follows: Psychological testing battery to include the following tests as necessary: Psychological and social history, drug screen, MMPI, Alcohol use index, Beck Depression Scale (NTE 1hr.). Contractor shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of the lab fees and evaluation of test results at doctor's hourly rate. Contractor shall identify on the invoice the actual time spent separately for the cost of the lab fees under this line item. All line items that have Estimated hours will be changed to Not-To-Exceed hours (NTE).
