Wagner, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 545 Contractor shall provide on-site Orthopedic Surgeon services for inmates confined in four institutions at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Services will be provided at the Federal Prison Camp, Low Security Correctional Institution, Federal Correctional Institution, and the United States Penitentiary Allenwood, PA. The contractor shall provide a physician to conduct examinations and recommendations in the specialty field of Orthopedics on inmates in the Health Services Departments at each institution. Contract period shall run from approximately January 2, 1998 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set aside for small business concerns.
