Services will be performed in the Health Services Department of the institution and will include operating x-ray equipment for the purpose of taking x-ray studies on inmates, distributing reports, and maintaining x-ray files. Contract period shall run from approximately January 2, 1998 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set aside for small business concerns.
