The contractor shall provide a physician to conduct examinations on inmates in the Health Services Department at the institution. Services will include upper GI series, gall bladder series, intravenous pyelograms, barium enema studies, and other special procedures as required. Contract period shall run from approximately January 2, 1998 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set aside for small business concerns.
