SOL NAFBA4-97-R-0004 POC Dante Stumpo, 703/325-0030 The US Army Community and Family Support Center will be issuing a solicitation to select a private partner to provide asset management and development services to the US Soldiers' and Airmens Home (USSAH). The USSAH, located in northwest Washington, DC, is a continuing care retirement community for retired armed forces personnel. The project consists of developing a project business plan for the development of 49 acres of USSAH property fronting on the east of North Capitol street and other asset management services for its existing assets and operations. The business plan will focus on how best to use the 49 acres and other assets and operations to accomplish the mission of the USSAH. The private partner will have the right to negotiate with the USSAH for the right to implement the business plan once completed. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 3, 1997.
