70 -- SOFTWARE LICENSE RENEWAL POC Pamela Rogers, Contracting Officer, (301) 344-3228 The USDA, ARS, intends to request a written quotation, and negotiate with VTLS for software license, upgrade and maintence of the Integrated System for Information Services (ISIS), minicomputer-based integrated library system software, for the National Agricultural Library (NAL), Beltsville, Maryland. This requirement is not available through any other source. VTLS, a small business, is the only known responsible source (in accordance with FAR 6.302.1) able to provide the licensing, upgrad and software maintenance. Anticipated award date is October 10, 1997. Award will include a base year and an option year of tweleve months. No telephone inquires will be accepted. Interested parties should submit in writing.
