The Antipersonnel Mine Protective Overboots, modified model WE95630-A which is fabricated by Ro-Search, is designed to minimize leg and foot injuries caused by the detonation of small, blast type pressure initiated antipersonnel mines. An extensive market investigation during FY96 did not reveal any other items that could meet the Body Armor Set, Individual Countermine Preplanned Product Improvement (Basic P31) statement of need, individual Clothing and Equipment requirements.
