The United States Postal Service intends to award a cost reimbursable design/build contract to design and construct a new 376,000 (approximate) gross square foot Processing and Distribution Center on a site located within the Indian Acres Subdivision South of East 21st Street, between South 87th East Avenue and South 91st East Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The P&DC will be one story in height. Mezzanines will be utilized for the air handling units and the security control room. Truck dock aprons are required on the North and South side of the building along with employee and visitor parking. The estimated cost range is between $30,000,000 and $36,000,000. Completion time for the entire project is within 455 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
