Project includes the update of selected A/C and Ventilation systems within the following San Juan VAMC' s Services: Surgical, Laboratory, and SPD. Such A/C systems updates are to be designed in accordance with VA, ASHRAE, NFPA, and Energy Conservation requirements and regulations. The selected Engineering firm shall have a comprehensive knowledge, experience, facilities, expertise, personnel, etc. to complete necessary site evaluation, as build drawings, survey work and bidding documents within 190 calendar days after design project award. This is not a request for proposal. Firms with reference qualifications are invited to submit standard Form 254 and 255 including a design approach for such project to the issuing office of this procurement, Attn.: Mr. Gilberto Ratcliff, not later than October 10, 1997. This procurement is restricted to A/E firms within one hundred miles radius of VAMC, San Juan, Puerto Rico and is subject to the availability of funds." (0269)
