The building is eight (8) stories high, has approximately 100,000 square feet of finished office space, and supports approximately 400 employees. The building also includes approximately 30 parking spaces in an underground garage. Required services will include preventative maintenanace and repairs (parking garage, roof, chillers, hot water, elevators, emergency generator, mechanical systems, etc.), janitorial services, trash and hazardous waste removal, reycling services, 24 hour manned building security, pest control, landscaping, snow removal, and water treatment.
