FMU-152/B JOINT PROGRAMMABLE FUZE INDUSTRY DAY ASC/WMGJ would like to invite interested fuze and system contractors to attend a FMU-152/B Joint Programmable Fuze (JPF) Industry Day on 4 Nov 97. The primary purpose of this Industry Day is to provide present and potential fuze contractors and weapon system contractors a comprehensive overview of current requirements, plans, schedules, strategies, and available technical data associated with the JPF. The meeting will be held in Building 11, Room 203, at Eglin AFB, FL. Registration will begin at 0730 hours. The Government will begin at 0800 hours with a brief overview of the program to include status, technical description, test results, technical data package status and acquisition strategy. Individual one on one meetings with interested contractors will begin at 1300 hours and will be limited to one hour for each company. Sessions will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. It is ASC/WMGJ's intention to grant all interested companies the opportunity to meet on a one on one basis with JPF program personnel. Marketing presentations are highly discouraged. Request you provide company name, a list of personnel who plan to attend Industry Day, your desire for a one on one session and a visit request, no later than 28 Oct 97, to Mr Dave Cornwell, ASC/WMG, Fax number (850) 882-5243. All visit requests must include visitors' security clearance levels signed by your appropriate security manager.
