Method of procurement will be Firm-Fixed Price. Eleven trailers to be used as office space without restrooms are required with LAN/Telephone wiring. The trailers shall consist of the following: 2 each shall be Triple Wide Trailers, 36' x 60', with 19 floor electrical outlets, 37 wall electrical outlets, and 16 LAN/Phone jacks; 8 each shall be Double Wide Trailers, 24' x 56', with 9 floor electrical outlets, 41 wall electrical outlets, and 15 LAN/Phone jacks; 1 each shall be a Single Wide Trailer, 12' x 56', with 20 wall electrical outlets. These trailers will be leased from 01 DEC 97 through 01 JUN 98. The trailers shall require blocking, bracing, skirting, tie-down, and two sets of steps per trailer. Bidders shall be expected to emplace LAN/Telephone wiring which will also require the vendor to run wiring from outlets to punch blocks. This is a Small Business Set-A-Side.
