The UHF SATCOM Terminal Development office (ESC/MCP) at Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, announces the following administrative changes to the 11 Sep 97 Notice Of Contract Action (NOCA). In coordination with the National Security Agency (NSA) and the State Department, it has been determined that the AITG Program will not accept proposals from foreign bidders. Delete all references to an "austere" AIT/AITG. The basic AITG is required to provide the capabilities previously required from the austere AITG.
