The Library, under a previously competitive acquisition in 1990, awarded a contract to JG Furniture. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 only one source will satisfy requirements for interchangeability, compatibility, and integration for maximum reconfiguration with existing furnishings. Reference: RFP97-26.
