The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a class of orders, NTE twelve (12) over the next twelve months, under BOA N00019-97-G-0013 with Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company, Nashua, New Hampshire for special studies, investigations and engineering services, and modifications to GFE. Only Sanders has the required IDECM RFCM engineering expertise and data necessary to support the Navy's requirements as the government has not yet received or validated a technical data package.
