Contractor to provide non-personal Certified/Registered Dietitian services to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Offerors must be certified and registered in the State of Pennsylvania. The qualified Dietitian will provide instruction to the inmate population on diet, and supply written evaluations of the patient's diagnosis and method of treatment. The work schedule shall consist of two (2) sessions per month. Each session is defined as a period of approximately four (4) hours. The period of contract performance shall run from date or award through September 30, 1998. Solicitations will be available on or about October 23, 1997. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer listed above. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The SIC Code is 8049 with a size standard of $5 million.
