The Contractor will be required to provide the services of physician specialists, physicist(s) and Therapist(s) in Radiation Oncology to perform all Radiation Oncology case-related services which will include: Consultations, Treatment Planning, Full Treatment Course (Physician only), Full Treatment Course, (Therapist, Physicist and Dosimetrist), Follow Up Visits, HDR Implants, and QA Activities. Contract will be for a base period with option to extend for two (2) one year periods. Request for proposal will be issued October 16, 1997. Request for Proposal will be due close of business November 17, 1997.
