Willis, Contracting Officer (407) 494-4394 Services are required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance at Patrick AFB FL. There will be a phase-in period from 15 Jan 98 thru 31 Jan 98 with a basic period of performance of 1 Feb 98 thru 30 Sep 98 (eight months), with two one-year options. The contract will be a fixed price/award fee type contract. The contract will consist of a CLIN for the basic services which will be a firm fixed price (FFP) CLIN and a CLIN under which work requests will be issued. An award fee pool of 7% of the price of the FFP CLIN will be established for the basic period and the option year. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who provides a technically acceptable proposal and who proposes the lowest evaluated price providing the offeror's performance risk is determined to be low. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the technically acceptable, lowest evaluated price offeror if that offeror is judged to have a moderate, high, or no applicable performancee risk rating. The proposed contract listed herein is a 100 percent small business set aside. The applicable SIC code for this acquisition is 0782 and the small business size standard is $5.0M.
