Responses to this announcement will be used primarily to determine whether or not sufficient small business capability and interest exist to set aside this requirement exclusively for small business firms. This requirement calls for the staffing of approximately 120 guard posts (both armed and unarmed) on a daily (Government workdays) basis at two locations, the Main IRS Building located at 1111 Constitution Ave., Washington, DC, which contains approximately 3800 IRS employees and the New Carrollton Federal Building located in New Carrollton, MD, which contains approximately 4400 IRS employees.
