This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation No. 1425-97-SQ-16130 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This aquisition is not a set-aside. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee WA has a fixed price requirement for the following item: CLIN0001 -- Gas, sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) -- refill 21 Government-owned 115 pound cylinders, Type 3A2015 -- estimated total 2,415 pounds. The Government will transport the cylinders to the successful low bidders' location; however this contract is FOB destination and the bidder must include return freight cost in the line item pricing. The full cylinders must be delivered to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Warehouse B -- Door 6 -- Industrial Area, Grand Coulee WA 99133 by October 31, 1997.
