The spare parts include pump motors, bearings, rotors, seals, electrical and heavy equipment parts, handling equipment and tools. All items must be duly licensed for export and use outside the United States. The anticipated delivery date shall be no later than 15 April 1998. A fixed price contract is anticipated. Payment will be made in U.S. currency through a direct letter of commitment (dl/com) between USAID and the supplier. Financing will be under USAID project 263-0173.1.
