The Joint Strike Fighter Office intends to modify Contract No. N00019-97-C-0037 which was competitively awarded to The Boeing Company, Information, Space and Defense Systems, P.O. Box 3707, Mail Stop 4C-80, Seattle, WA 98124-2207 to include the X-32 Software Infrastructure Technology Maturation (SITM) effort. The Boeing Company is the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government's X-32 SITM needs. This modification is to be funded from fiscal year 1998 through fiscal year 2001.
