Assist in the identification of models, techniques and practices that
can be used to assess and minimize the impacts of different land use
development patterns, designs and best management practices on the
nutrient loadings to the Chesapeake Bay. This analysis will require the
identification of costs and benefits asscoiated with these practices as
well as case studies or examples of their successful use in the
Chesapeake Bay watershed. A request for written quaotations will be
issued. Award anticipated by October 31, 1997. See Note 26. All
