L -- TECHNICAL SUPPORT SOL ADP-98-005 DUE 101797 POC Pratap Das, Contracting Officer, (202) 616-6150 The Federal Bureau of Prisons(BOP) hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a sole source purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures to Isogon Corporation for annual software support and maintenance for Intercom Installation #2225 for providing technical support services i.e., all new software releases, system updates, program temporary fixes(PTFs), documentation updates related to Intercom products, and toll free hot-line support 24 hours per day seven days per week for system software assistance for the period of November 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. No solicitation document exists. Prospective contractor should submit cost and technical data to be evaluated. Interested firm must indicate their ability to satisfy the requirement within 15 days of this notice. Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirement stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than the contractor named.
